There is an early August deadline for the September/October <br /> issue. <br /> Councilmember McGehee asked if the September/October issue could be released <br /> later to accommodate the budgetary discussion. <br /> City Manager Trudgeon commented the copy can be prepared early, as it is just <br /> the City Manager's budget, not the Council's approved budget. <br /> The Council asked staff to include a preview of the City Manager's budget for the <br /> September/October issue. <br />
