The Roseville animal control program is operated by two <br />part-time Community Service Officers (CSO) who respond to <br />calls and patrol the city looking for animal ordinance <br />violations. Impounded, stray and dead animals are brought <br />to the Brighton Veterinary Hospital. <br />Expenditure Comments: <br />No significant change. <br />22 <br />
