Metropolitan Council Environmental Services updates: <br />• Avon street <br />o Project is scheduled to begin in mid-July. Work consists of replacing a section of <br />sewer main, installing a new meter pit, and CIPP lining the rest of the sewer main <br />pipe. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by the end of <br />October 2018. <br />Upper Villa <br />o Project is underway with the temporary bypass is currently being installed. Work <br />in Upper Villa will begin next week. Work consists of installing two new <br />manholes and CIPP lining the sewer main. Work on this site is scheduled to be <br />substantially completed by the end of October 2018. <br />County Road 88 & Long Lake Road <br />o Project is scheduled to begin in February of 2019. Works consists of CIPP lining <br />the sewer main. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by <br />the end of November 2019. <br />Ramsey County <br />• Lexington Avenue Resurfacing <br />o The County is performing a mill and overlay of Lexington Avenue between Como <br />Avenue in St Paul to TH 36 in Roseville. Curb ramps and storm sewer repairs are <br />currently ongoing. Milling and paving will begin in the next few weeks. During <br />much of the construction, there will be lane shifts and closures of the center left <br />turn lane. <br />County Road C Reconstruction <br />o The County will be reconstructing County Road C between Highway 88 in St <br />Anthony and Long Lake in Roseville in 2019. In addition to the pavement <br />reconstruction and signal light replacements a pathway will be installed on the <br />south side of County Road C. More information will be presented when the <br />project is further developed. <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation updates: <br />• MnDOT is wrapping up alighting replacement project along Highway 36. There were <br />several daytime ramp closures associated with this project. We are hoping they are now <br />complete with the work. <br />• Discussions continue about finding funds for the TH 36 Managed Lane project. The <br />legislature recently passed a Bonding Bill that included several hundred million dollars <br />for future Corridors of Commerce projects, which TH 36 would qualify for. We hope to <br />hear by the end of this year if this project will be funded for construction in 2023 or <br />shortly thereafter. Discussions also continue about whether the project will include a <br />westbound MnPASS lane or just an eastbound lane. <br />• MnDOT's 35W resurfacing project between 4u' St SE in Minneapolis to County Road C <br />in Roseville is anticipated to begin July 13. Major work and road closures will occur on <br />off peak hours including five weekend closures. Additionally the signal light at County <br />Road B and Cleveland Avenue will be replaced with this project. Work is anticipated to <br />be completed in October. <br />Misc. Items: <br />• The City Council recently adopted all four Ordinance changes recommended by the <br />PWET Commission. The Fee Schedule will be modified to reflect the new ordinances on <br />July 91'. <br />
