Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,June 4, 2018 <br /> Page 6 <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of CM Rosedale LLC dba Craveable <br /> Market's request for an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License, includ- <br /> ing the 2 AM License and Outdoor Sales Endorsement license located at 1595 <br /> Hwy 36, Suite 1030 & 2030 (Attachment A). <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Laliberte wished the applicant luck with the venture. <br /> Councilmember Willmus asked where Revolution Hall will be located within <br /> Rosedale. <br /> Mr. Craza noted the location will be in the former Borders, next to the new Von <br /> Maur. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Approve Grading Ordinance Amendment and Establish and Ordinance <br /> Regulating Storm Water Best Management Practices <br /> City Engineer Freihammer briefly reviewed this request, recommending approval <br /> as detailed in the RCA dated June 4, 2018. He briefly reviewed the recommended <br /> changes to the ordinance as well as a few typographical errors in the proposed or- <br /> dinance included in the RCA copy. <br /> Councilmember Etten noted he supports the changes, as they add more rigor to <br /> the process. He noted that this asks for quarterly inspections and asked whether <br /> biannual inspections are sufficient. <br /> City Engineer Freihammer indicated quarterly inspections are best management <br /> practices within the industry, but certainly staff is open to consideration, as a Jan- <br /> uary inspection would happen with a frozen ground. <br /> Mayor Roe suggested that fourth quarter inspections could be early in the quarter <br /> and the first quarter inspections could be done later to accommodate the weather. <br /> Councilmember Willmus stated it would be good to leave the quarterly inspec- <br /> tions in place. As these projects are in process, regular inspections are a good <br /> thing. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte concurred the more regular, scheduled inspections are a <br /> good idea. <br /> Mayor Roe asked about lines 55-60: <br />
