Consider Approval of Text Amendments to Section 405.03 <br /> Building Official Englund briefly reviewed this request, recommending approval <br /> as detailed in the RCA dated June 4, 2018. <br /> Councilmember Willmus asked whether this potentially impacts any municipal <br /> events like Rosefest. <br /> Building Official Englund responded he does not believe any events would be <br /> impacted. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte commented that Tapped and Uncorked has a live band <br /> until 10:00 p.m. on Friday. <br /> Mayor Roe pointed out a provision addressing music is a separate section in City <br /> Code. <br /> Building Official Englund concurred. <br /> Laliberte moved, Willmus seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1553 (Attach- <br /> ment A), entitled "An Ordinance Amending Selected Text of the Roseville City <br /> Code, 405.03: Hourly Restrictions of Certain Operations." <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Laliberte asked how this will be communicated. <br /> Building Official Englund noted this will be included in the newsletter. <br /> Councilmember Willmus added he would have a concern moving the morning <br /> noise restrictions, as it would negatively impact construction-related activities. <br />
