o This project is just underway with excavation occurring on Avon St. Work consists of replacing a section of sewer main, installing a new meter pit, and CIPP lining the rest of the sewer main pipe. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by the end of November 2018. Upper Villa o Project is underway with the sanitary sewer lining schedule to begin after Labor Day. Work consists of installing two new manholes and CIPP lining the sewer main. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by the end of October 2018. County Road 88 & Long Lake Road o Project is scheduled to begin in February of 2019. Works consists of CIPP lining the sewer main. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by the end of November 2019. Ramsey County: • Lexington Avenue Resurfacing o The County performed a mill and overlay of Lexington Avenue between Como Avenue in St Paul to TH 36 in Roseville. All major work is completed other than some minor cleanup. • County Road C Reconstruction The County will be reconstructing County Road C between Highway 88 in St Anthony and Long Lake in Roseville in 2019. In addition to the pavement reconstruction and signal light replacements, a pathway will be installed on the south side of County Road C. An open house was held on August 16. A project layout is shown in Appendix C. Minnesota Department of Transportation updates: • MnDOT's 35W resurfacing project between 4d' St SE in Minneapolis to County Road C in Roseville is underway. Major work and road closures will occur on/off peak hours including two more weekend closure sometime in September after the State Fair. Additionally the signal light at County Road B and Cleveland Avenue will be replaced with this project. Work is anticipated to be completed in October. City Council Update: • July 23`d: Council Approved the Rice-Larpenteur Vision Plan which includes several recommended streetscape and "complete street" elements for both Rice Street and Larpenteur Ave. The Cities of Roseville, Maplewood and St. Paul will continue to work collaboratively with Ramsey County to implement these recommendations. • Aug 13: Approved a conditional use permit for Chick-fil-A within the Har Mar parking lot between the BRT station and Barnes and Noble bookstore. • Aug 13: Approved a Community Solar Garden Subscription Agreement. More information on that item will be presented during the meeting. • Aug 13: The City Manager presented his recommended budget which included operational and capital costs for a new Asset Management system, and additional funds for the reconstruction of the City Hall parking lot. Recommended changes to the Utility Rates will be presented and discussed in November with final approval on December 3`d The City Manager's proposed budget will be further discussed when the City Council adopts the preliminary, not to exceed, general fund on levy on September 24d'. The final budget will be adopted on December 3`d.
