She thought this <br /> was something they should address as a policy. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte indicated she would like staff to update the Council as well as <br /> following up with the resident. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> Mayor Roe announced several upcoming community activities and events for the benefit <br /> of the listening audience. <br /> Mayor Roe introduced Dana Healy, Executive Director of North Suburban Access Cor- <br /> poration. <br /> Ms. Healy presented herself to the Council and community. She stated she was trying to <br /> introduce herself to all of the communities and different committee members since her <br /> start date of July 16, 2018. She wants to get a strong understanding of how all of the <br /> communities work and fit together and how CTV can provide and continue to build value <br /> and offer additional services that everybody would find valuable in the relationship. She <br /> stated they are appointing an employee that will act as a liaison directly to the cities in <br /> order to enhance that relationship. She stated she was really excited and will introduce <br /> the employee as soon as possible to teach him their role regarding that. <br /> Ms. Healy indicated they will be creating a survey about customer satisfaction in order to <br /> fully understand how they can work better together. She looks forward to the Council's <br /> responses and reviews on that and hopes to continue to build on that. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte welcomed Ms. Healy. <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Public Hearing for Portillo's Wine & 3.2 Liquor License <br /> Mayor Roe noted with the liquor license application, the applicant also is request- <br /> ing for an outdoor patio endorsement. <br /> City Finance Director Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated August 27, 2018. <br /> Councilmember McGehee specified in the packet there is a plan for the first floor, <br /> but it appears there will be a second floor as well. She asked if there will be a <br /> second floor. <br /> Mayor Roe indicated when they initially approved this in an earlier process, there <br /> was a second floor shown. He believed what the first-floor plan included here <br />
