Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, December 3, 2018 <br /> Page 12 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> f. Consider Changes to City Code Chapter 314.05 to Adopt the 2019 Fee <br /> Schedule <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated December 3, 2018. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Councilmember McGehee asked if the Interim Use Fee is in this fee package. <br /> Mr. Miller indicated it was and directed Councilmember McGehee to page 17. <br /> Councilmember McGehee stated the quote in the handout in the Council box was <br /> $1,800, not $1,475 which she did not where the amount came from. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, approving attached Ordinance No. 1567 <br /> (Attachment A) "Amending Chapter 314.05 adopting the 2019 Fee Schedule." <br /> Roll Call (Supermajority Required) <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approving the attached Ordinance Summary <br /> No. 1567 (Attachment B) "Amending Chapter 314.05, Fee Schedule Adopting the <br /> 2019 Fee Schedule." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> g. Consider Approval of Newly Created Position in the 2019 City Budget <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> RCA and related attachments dated December 3, 2018. He noted there will not be <br /> any net increase in employees. The Administrative Lieutenant position would no <br /> longer be filled, and the creation of Deputy Chief of Police would be the new po- <br /> sition. The overall FTE count will not be increased and is included as part of the <br /> budget. <br /> Mayor Roe asked as if the City Council has approved various types of lieutenant <br /> positions or is it just a lieutenant position in the department. <br />
