Regular City Council Meeting Monday,January 7,2019 Page 22 Groff moved, Etten seconded, to reappoint all applicants seeking reappointment with the clarification in the case of Ms. Schroeder on the Finance Commission who will be reappointed if interested. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Groff, Etten, Laliberte and Roe. Nays: None Mayor Roe stated the City will start advertising for Commission vacancies with a February 15, 2019 deadline for applications with interviews on February 25, 2019 and appointments on March 11, 2019. f. Discuss City Council and Advisory Commission Rules and Procedures Mayor Roe briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related at- tachments dated January 7, 2019. Mayor Roe asked if there were any changes to the rules that the Council wanted to make. He stated the only change made recently was with public comment, changing the time limit from five to three minutes which has seemed to work out. g. Discussion of Council Liaisons Mayor Roe briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related at- tachments dated January 7, 2019. Mayor Roe stated his term on the NYFS Board ends on June 30, 2019 and is a three-year term. He suggested postponing looking at this for a liaison until May. Mayor Roe reviewed the different committees and who were the Council Liaison on each one. Councilmember Willmus stated he would like to partake on the Council Standing Subcommittee for 2019. Mayor Roe asked Councilmember Laliberte if she would still be interested in re- maining on the Council Standing Subcommittee or would she like to defer to oth- er members. Councilmember Laliberte stated she would be open to deferring to other mem- bers. Councilmember Etten indicated he would be Council Liaison on the Council Standing Subcommittee.
