Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,January 7,2019 <br /> Page 22 <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, to reappoint all applicants seeking reappointment <br /> with the clarification in the case of Ms. Schroeder on the Finance Commission <br /> who will be reappointed if interested. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Groff, Etten, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> Mayor Roe stated the City will start advertising for Commission vacancies with a <br /> February 15, 2019 deadline for applications with interviews on February 25, 2019 <br /> and appointments on March 11, 2019. <br /> f. Discuss City Council and Advisory Commission Rules and Procedures <br /> Mayor Roe briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related at- <br /> tachments dated January 7, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there were any changes to the rules that the Council wanted <br /> to make. He stated the only change made recently was with public comment, <br /> changing the time limit from five to three minutes which has seemed to work out. <br /> g. Discussion of Council Liaisons <br /> Mayor Roe briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related at- <br /> tachments dated January 7, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe stated his term on the NYFS Board ends on June 30, 2019 and is a <br /> three-year term. He suggested postponing looking at this for a liaison until May. <br /> Mayor Roe reviewed the different committees and who were the Council Liaison <br /> on each one. <br /> Councilmember Willmus stated he would like to partake on the Council Standing <br /> Subcommittee for 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe asked Councilmember Laliberte if she would still be interested in re- <br /> maining on the Council Standing Subcommittee or would she like to defer to oth- <br /> er members. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated she would be open to deferring to other mem- <br /> bers. <br /> Councilmember Etten indicated he would be Council Liaison on the Council <br /> Standing Subcommittee. <br />
