Motion passed unanimously. <br />16 <br />17 4) DISCUSS 2019 DRAFT PROJECT AREAS AND APPROACH <br />18 Staff introduced the 2019 draft project areas and approach. The program focuses on taking <br />19 care of existing assets, preplanning in advance for repairs/replacements and sharing <br />20 information. Each project is separated into three areas depending on price and scope, the Park <br />21 Improvement Program (PIP)is for mid-range budget items, the Capital Improvement <br />22 Program(CIP)includes major replacement itemsandthe daily maintenance items fall under <br />23 the Park Maintenance Operational (PM)area. <br />24 <br />25 The 2019 draft Park Improvement Program (PIP) project areas include: <br />26 Playground safety surfaces at Applewood, Central Park (Victoria East), Howard <br />27 Johnson, Langton Lake North, Central Park (Dale Street), Sandcastle, Acorn, Central <br />28 Park (Foundation) <br />29 Tennis and basketball courts crack seal and color at Owasso Hills, Pioneer, Valley <br />30 and Veterans Parks <br />31 Fencing projects at Langton Lake, Oasis, and Lexington backstop <br />32 Facility improvements to the Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) wall <br />33 Landscape mulch <br />34 Replacement and/or repairing of grills, drinking fountains, picnic tables, benches and <br />35 soccer goals <br />36 Ag lime pathways/ballfield at Owasso Ballfields and Acorn Park <br />37 Sign Program (replace and updated outdated or worn signs) <br />38 Landscaping and site work at Autumn Grove South, Legion Basketball Field, Central <br />39 Park Victoria, Rosebrook and Lexington <br />40 <br />1 <br />4 <br /> <br />
