Consider Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's Request for Permit Re- <br /> newal of the Water-Ski Slalom Course on Lake Owasso <br /> Deputy Chief Erika Scheider briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated January 28, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of Lake Owasso Safe Boating Associa- <br /> tion's request for a permit from the Ramsey County Sheriff for a water ski course <br /> on Lake Owasso for the 2019 season. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Etten thanked the Roseville Police Department and Ramsey <br /> County Sheriff's Office for doing this and providing the opportunity to use the <br /> recreation space. <br />
