Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, February 11, 2019 <br /> Page 19 <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated she was voting in favor of the consent agenda but <br /> wanted to be clear that she was not necessarily supportive of the City buying a <br /> building and becoming a leasing agent. <br /> Councilmember Groff asked how soon the monies will be back into the Street <br /> Replacement Fund. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon stated it would partially depend on how quickly the City sells the <br /> Fairview Fire Station, which is half of the monies. The rest can be paid back <br /> through the license center operations. He thought it could be paid back within ten <br /> years, if not sooner, depending on the license center cash flow. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Approve the 2019-2021 Labor Agreements between the City of Roseville and <br /> Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. Local 112 <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approving the proposed terms and conditions of <br /> the 2019-2021 collective bargaining agreement with LELS — Officers and direct <br /> City staff to prepare the necessary documents for execution, subject to City Attor- <br /> ney approval. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> f. Certify Unpaid Utility and Other Charges to the Property Tax Rolls <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11580 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "A Resolution Directing the County Auditor to Levy Unpaid Water, <br /> Sewer and Other City Charges for Payable 2016 or Beyond." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 10. Council & City Manager Communications,Reports, and Announcements <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon updated the Council on items that will be on the Febru- <br /> ary 25th and March 11th City Council meetings and the March 18th EDA meeting and City <br /> Council Work Session. <br /> Councilmember Willmus asked for more information regarding vacant property code <br /> amendments before the February 25th Council meeting. He noted the hotel/motel licens- <br /> ing is something the City Council and staff keep on the forefront and it will come before <br /> the Council sooner rather than later. <br />
