40 Commissioner Gelbach moved to approve the February 5, 2019 meeting minutesas amended <br />41 by Chair O’Brien with Commissioner Stoner’s additions. Vice-Chair Baggenstoss seconded. <br />42 Motion passed unanimously. <br />43 <br />44 4) ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR <br />45 Commissioner Gelbach moved to recommend Vice-Chair Baggenstoss as the new Chair of <br />46 the Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission. Chair O’Brien seconded.
