He stated if this could be expedited in any way,he <br /> would recommend that. He would support the motion. <br /> Etten moved to amend the motion to wait until the March 25th for both postings to <br /> have that discussion based on the HRIEC communication. <br /> Mayor Roe stated the motion failed due to a lack of a second which brings it back <br /> to the original motion. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Groff, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: Etten. <br /> 8.
