171 Mr. Culver stated he did not believe MnDOT was closing any of those access <br />172 points. <br />173 <br />174 Acting Chair Wozniak asked if the Cleveland Avenue/County Road C exit will <br />175 remain open. <br />176 <br />177 Mr. Freihammer stated Northbound will remain open, eventually Southbound will <br />178 be closed later in the summer for up to 120 days. <br />179 <br />180 Mr. Culver noted MnDOT does have a website for the project and an email list if <br />181 people want to stay up-to-date and the City also has a link on the website to the <br />182 MnDOT site. <br />183 <br />184 Acting Chair Wozniak asked what major impacts the construction will have on the <br />185 people in Roseville. <br />186 <br />187 Mr. Culver stated the biggest issues that the residents in Roseville will have is to <br />188 commute to work or to a cabin, if going Northbound, otherwise the major impact <br />189 to Roseville will be traffic diverting to Snelling and Cleveland Avenues. <br />190 <br />191 Mr. Freihammer continued with project updates. <br />192 <br />193 Member Joyce asked if there would be anyway to turn the solar panels on starting <br />194 on Earth Day, April 22°d <br />195 <br />196 Mr. Culver stated that is one of the dates staff identified as a potential ceremony <br />197 date because there will be a City Council meeting that evening. <br />198 <br />199 Acting Chair Wozniak indicated the organic site at the leaf compost site was <br />200 moving forward to the Council and is currently being designed and should be ready <br />201 by the summer. <br />202 <br />203 Member Misra asked if the organic site will only be a collection site. <br />204 <br />205 Acting Chair Wozniak stated it will be just a drop off site. People will put their <br />206 organic waste in a compostable bag provided by the County and available by the <br />207 City. This will be contained organic waste. <br />208 <br />209 6.
