Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, April 8, 2019 <br /> Page 5 <br /> Councilmember Groff stated his appreciation for all of the work on the Proclama- <br /> tions. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte asked if the proclamations will come to the Council for <br /> individual approval the month before the proclamations are due. <br /> Mayor Roe indicated that was correct. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Ms. Olson stated there is a Naturalization Ceremony taking place on May 9th at <br /> 10:00 a.m. at the Oval. <br /> b. Consider Approval of Ramsey County Hazard Mitigation Plan <br /> Assistant Fire Chief David Brosnahan summarized the request as detailed in the <br /> RCA of this date; and noted a bench handout incorporated into the RCA provid- <br /> ing an extract of City Council meeting minutes of April 8, 2019. <br /> Assistant Fire Chief Brosnahan presented the Ramsey County Hazard Mitigation <br /> Plan to the City Council. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11590 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "Resolution Adopting the Ramsey County Multi-Hazard Mitigation <br /> Plan." <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated she appreciated the City's part of this and that all <br /> of the communities are working together to put this in place. <br /> Councilmember Etten agreed. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c. Establish the 2020 Budget Process Calendar & Information Packages <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated April 8, 2019. <br />
