Approve Contracts for Printing Services City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) and related attachments dated April 22, 2019. He noted staff needs to review with House of Print the language in the contract and request- ed this action on that particular service agreement be tabled until May 6th. There is a second Professional Service Agreement in the packet with Greenhaven Print- ing for envelopes and forms and Mr. Trudgeon asked for City Council approval of that contract. Willmus moved, Etten seconded, tabling consideration of the contract with House of Print for further review. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. Approve Resolution Rescinding the Environmental Review Worksheet Pro- cess At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) and related attachments dated April 22, 2019. Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment. Public Comment Ms. Tammy McGehee Ms. McGehee agreed that the Environmental Review Worksheet the City has is insufficient and did not get at a lot of the goals that the City needed to get at. She stated the Mayor pointed out that there is a strong desire in the community to take care of the environment. In the City's Comprehensive Plan there are many carbon goals and plans for buildings. She stated these things do not happen in new de- velopment automatically. As far as protections for the community, many of these
