Approve Contracts for Printing Services <br /> City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for <br /> Council Action (RCA) and related attachments dated April 22, 2019. He noted <br /> staff needs to review with House of Print the language in the contract and request- <br /> ed this action on that particular service agreement be tabled until May 6th. Approve Resolution Rescinding the Environmental Review Worksheet Pro- <br /> cess <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this <br /> item as detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) and related attachments <br /> dated April 22, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Ms. Tammy McGehee <br /> Ms. McGehee agreed that the Environmental Review Worksheet the City has is <br /> insufficient and did not get at a lot of the goals that the City needed to get at. She <br /> stated the Mayor pointed out that there is a strong desire in the community to take <br /> care of the environment. In the City's Comprehensive Plan there are many carbon <br /> goals and plans for buildings. She stated these things do not happen in new de- <br /> velopment automatically.
