That condi- <br /> tion directly if the City has given consideration to impervious coverage and run <br /> off and trees, etc. to look at a maximum improvement area of seventy-five percent <br /> which is in line with the City's HDR-1 standards. <br /> Mayor Roe stated if that is a standard in the HDR-1 Zoning Code he was not sure <br /> why it would need to be added as a condition. <br /> Councilmember Willmus stated the Conditional Use is going to densities beyond <br /> HDR-1. <br /> Mayor Roe indicated most specifically the number of units. He thought that is the <br /> only differentiation from the requirements of HDR-1 would be the number of <br /> units. The developer would still have to meet all of the other requirements of that <br /> Zoning District as he understood that. <br /> City Attorney Gaughan clarified that is what condition number seven states. <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11605 (Attachment E) <br /> entitled, "Resolution Approving A Conditional Use Pursuant To Table 1004-6 <br /> And §1009.02C Of The City Code, at 165 South Owasso Boulevard, and 3011, <br /> 3029, and 3033 Rice Street (PF19-004)." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Groff, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: Willmus, Laliberte. <br /> Recess <br /> Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 8:37 p.m. to convene the EDA Meeting. <br /> EDA MEETING <br /> Mayor Roe convened the EDA Meeting at approximately 8:38 p.m. <br /> RECONVENE CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> At approximately 8:46 p.m.,.
