Ms. Gundlach stated if the Council does decide to put an end date on this variance in the Now Therefore Be It Resolved paragraph, she would add the following lan- guage "based on the follow findings and one condition: 5. Shall cease on ." (Whatever date the City Council decides to insert), if part of the City Council's decision. Mayor Roe noted the Resolution does not have an end date on it. Ms. Gundlach indicated that was correct. Etten moved, Groff seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11622 entitled, "Reso- lution Approving a Variance from City Code Section 405.03, Hourly Restrictions on Certain Operations for Ryan Companies, for the Property Located at 2820 Cleveland Avenue N.," ceasing on the last day of September 2019. Council Discussion Councilmember Etten indicated he was looking for a mid-range date in order to get an understanding of how that is working and if staff comes back and declares it is working well, then the Council can look at it through the rest of the construc- tion process. Councilmember Groff thought this was a little shorter time than what he would have recommended but is a good test and gives the City of Roseville the flexibil- ity to test this out. Consider Resolution Approving the Vacation of Drainage and Utility Ease- ments Related to the Avid Hotel within Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd Ad- dition.
