Building Official David Englund briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related attachments dated July 22, 2019. Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public hearing at approximately 6:42 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input on the above-referenced Noise Ordinance Variance; with no one appearing for or against. Council Discussion Councilmember Etten thought the Courtyard by Marriot was just outside of the zone, and asked if management of the hotel came to the City indicating the noise was being disruptive, would the City have a way to change this. Mr. Englund thought if approved, it would have to be revoked in some manner because the applicant is doing something outside of what has been approved. Councilmember Etten asked if the Council could revoke it through a reverse pro- cess or is it more involved than that. Mr. Englund believed it would need to be something that is finding the applicant to be outside of what was approved. Mayor Roe asked what the duration of time was.
