Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,August 26,2019 <br /> Page 10 <br /> cause those two departments would go in and make inspections. Staff would be <br /> looking for input from them along with any complaints or neighbor comments and <br /> present that to the Council as part of the annual license at which point the Council <br /> can decide the length of the license. <br /> Mayor Roe noted with any license the Council has the right to revoke a license if <br /> it is not performing under the requirements of the license. <br /> Councilmember Etten asked if staff has determined a license fee yet. <br /> Ms. Gundlach thought it would be $350.00 for an hour of inspection time for two <br /> city staff employees with a small administration fee. It is called out in the 2020 <br /> fee schedule as a new fee. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Etten moved, Groff seconded, enactment of Ordinance No 1576 entitled "An Or- <br /> dinance Amending Title 3 (Business Regulations) and Title 10 (Zoning) of the <br /> City Code to Establish a Business License and Zoning Regulations for Temporary <br /> Overnight Shelters." <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Etten indicated he was pleased the city came up with a way to <br /> help these churches help people in the community in a way that is not really bur- <br /> densome to them but still protects health and welfare. <br /> Councilmember Groff thanked staff for putting together a great ordinance. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Ordinance Summary No 1576 enti- <br /> tled "An Ordinance Amending Title 3 (Business Regulations) and Title 10 (Zon- <br /> ing) of the City Code to Establish a Business License and Zoning Regulations for <br /> Temporary Overnight Shelters." <br /> Roll Call (Super Majority Required) <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> Mayor Roe asked the Council what it wanted to do about the two Interim Use <br /> Approvals that were given earlier this year.There was some discussion at that time <br />
