Consideration of Presumptive Penalty Approval-Holiday Inn <br /> Deputy Police Chief Erika Scheider briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request for Action and related attachments dated September 9, 2019. <br /> Ms. Brianna Mullenhauer, Assistant General Manager at Holiday Inn Express, <br /> stated the company takes this very seriously, and has used it as an opportunity to <br /> assess what is being done correctly and incorrectly, noting their niche is lodging <br /> and not serving alcohol, noting that alcohol sales will not continue. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approval to allow the Roseville Police Depart- <br /> ment to issue and administer the presumptive penalty as set forth in Section <br /> 302.15, of the Roseville City Code. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> e. Receive Update on Roseville Area Circulator Bus <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request for Council Action and related attachments dated September 9, 2019. <br /> Mr. Scott Olson, NewTrax, explained Mr. Trudgeon has accurately described the <br /> progress. At the end of September, NewTrax will be able to decide if it can con- <br /> tinue. As a service provider, if NewTrax were to go out and find funding, there <br /> could be another opportunity to come back and show the city the additional <br />
