33 F INANCIAL I MPACTS <br />34 The grant functions as a reimbursement so cities must submit all of their eligible work and then final <br />35 grant dollars are determined. The City will submit approximately $2.6 million of eligible work with <br />36 an estimated grant reimbursement amount around $150,000. <br />37 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />38 Staff is requesting thatCouncil approvethe application for the MCES Municipal Inflow and <br />39 Infiltration Grant for improvements to the City’s sanitary sewer infrastructure to reduce inflow and <br />40 infiltration, and that the Public Works Director be authorized to execute the Grant Agreement <br />41 subject to minor modifications and final review by the City Attorney. <br />42 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTION <br />43 Adoption of a resolution approving a grant agreement between the Metropolitan Council and the City <br />44 of Roseville and authorizing the Public Works Director to execute said agreement, subject to minor <br />45 modifications and final review by the City Attorney. <br />Prepared by: Jesse Freihammer, Asst.
