• 195 Larpenteur Ave. (PID# 13.29.23.44.0019) <br /> • 221 Larpenteur Ave. (PID# 13.29.23.44.0020) <br /> • 1722 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0015) <br /> • 1725 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0018) <br /> • 1735 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0037) <br /> • 1736 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0036) <br /> • 1720 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0022) <br /> • 1735 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0028) <br /> • 1740 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0033) <br /> • 1745 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0027) <br /> • 1750 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0032) <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the multi-family rental license revocation is based <br /> upon the above-stated recitals, staff files and testimony, which are incorporated herein <br /> and summarized as the following Findings of Fact: <br /> 1) The large amount of complaints from tenants of the Marion Street/The Brittanys <br /> Apartments regarding unsanitary and unsafe conditions, which were not <br /> proactively addressed by G&G Management LLC despite requests from the <br /> tenants. <br /> 2) The breadth and perniciousness of the code violations found in every building and <br /> unit of Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments that was inspected. <br /> 3) The complete infestation of bedbugs, cockroaches, and other vermin in the <br /> Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments buildings and units. <br /> 4) Given the scope of the corrections needed at the Marion Street/The Brittanys <br /> Apartments, no other tenants should be added to the units so that proper and <br /> practical focus can be put towards correcting the unsanitary and unsafe conditions <br /> for the existing tenants. <br /> 5) The lack of effective property management and the lack of any financial <br /> investment over the years into the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments by <br /> G&G Management LLC has led to the current code violations. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLOVED, that the revocation of the multi-family rental license for <br /> Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments has the following conditions: <br /> A. G&G Management LLC shall cooperate with the City to provide access to the <br /> property,buildings, and all units of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments. In <br /> addition, G&G Management LLC shall meet with the City onsite within 30 days of <br /> passage of this resolution in order to address any lack of understanding on the part <br /> of G&G Management LLC of specific code compliance deficiencies. <br /> B. G&G Management LLC shall provide regular updates as determined by the City <br /> regarding the progress in correcting the identified code violations. <br /> C. G&G Management LLC shall obtain all necessary permits related to alterations to <br /> building systems or rehabilitation of the buildings as needed and determined <br /> necessary by the City's Building Official acting in his capacity to ensure <br /> compliance with the Building Code and workmanship requirements of City Code <br /> Section 906.03 (B) (5). <br />
