• 195 Larpenteur Ave. (PID# 13.29.23.44.0019) • 221 Larpenteur Ave. (PID# 13.29.23.44.0020) • 1722 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0015) • 1725 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0018) • 1735 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0037) • 1736 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0036) • 1720 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0022) • 1735 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0028) • 1740 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0033) • 1745 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0027) • 1750 Marion Street(PID# 13.29.23.44.0032) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the multi-family rental license revocation is based upon the above-stated recitals, staff files and testimony, which are incorporated herein and summarized as the following Findings of Fact: 1) The large amount of complaints from tenants of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments regarding unsanitary and unsafe conditions, which were not proactively addressed by G&G Management LLC despite requests from the tenants. 2) The breadth and perniciousness of the code violations found in every building and unit of Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments that was inspected. 3) The complete infestation of bedbugs, cockroaches, and other vermin in the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments buildings and units. 4) Given the scope of the corrections needed at the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments, no other tenants should be added to the units so that proper and practical focus can be put towards correcting the unsanitary and unsafe conditions for the existing tenants. 5) The lack of effective property management and the lack of any financial investment over the years into the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments by G&G Management LLC has led to the current code violations. BE IT FURTHER RESOLOVED, that the revocation of the multi-family rental license for Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments has the following conditions: A. G&G Management LLC shall cooperate with the City to provide access to the property,buildings, and all units of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments. In addition, G&G Management LLC shall meet with the City onsite within 30 days of passage of this resolution in order to address any lack of understanding on the part of G&G Management LLC of specific code compliance deficiencies. B. G&G Management LLC shall provide regular updates as determined by the City regarding the progress in correcting the identified code violations. C. G&G Management LLC shall obtain all necessary permits related to alterations to building systems or rehabilitation of the buildings as needed and determined necessary by the City's Building Official acting in his capacity to ensure compliance with the Building Code and workmanship requirements of City Code Section 906.03 (B) (5).
