Councilmember Laliberte asked if the information could be dispensed in multiple languages for the tenants so this cannot be misconstrued in any way as to what is happening. Public Hearing to Consider Approving Liquor License Renewals for 2020 Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated November 25, 2019. Councilmember Groff asked if there have been any establishments listed with more than one violation within the last five years. Ms. Olson indicated those would be listed individually. Mayor Roe though the only one with multiple violations was Cub Liquor at 121 Larpenteur and he believed that was taken into account at the time when those is- sues came up about those violations. Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public hearing at approximately 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input on the above-referenced Liquor License Renewals for 2020; with no one appearing for or against. With no one appearing to speak, Mayor Roe closed the public hearing at approx- imately 7:31 p.m. Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the renewal of the requested liquor licenses for 2020.
