Roseville 2040 Chapter 13: Implementation <br />Implementation actions and strategies are arranged in the Implementation Matrix <br />by Plan chapter, which has the following color scheme: <br />Land Use <br />Housing <br />Economic Development <br />Transportation <br />Parks <br />Resilience <br />Surface Water <br />Water Supply <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />An "X" in the "Ongoing" column indicates that the corresponding action orstrategy <br />item will not be completed as a discrete task, but will instead require periodic or <br />continuous attention once the identified action or strategy has been initiated. <br />In the "When" column, timeframes are organized into four classifications: <br />• Ongoing (an action that is already happening and will occur as needed or on <br />a continual basis) <br />• Short-term (starting now, completed within the next five years) <br />• Mediu m-term (5 — 10 year completion) <br />• Long-term (10+year completion) <br />Note that in the "Who' column, it is assumed that the City Council bears the <br />ultimate responsibility for all actions undertaken by City staff. It is also assumed <br />that the appropriate advisory commission will be involved in approving or <br />recommending actions undertaken by the associated City department as follows: <br />City Council, Economic Development <br />Administration <br />Authority <br />Planning <br />Community Development <br />Economic Development Authority <br />Community Development <br />Parks and Recreation <br />Parks and Recreation <br />Public Works, Environment, and <br />Public Works <br />Transportation <br />Chapter 13 1 Page 2 <br />
