O. S. T. licensing and have at least 1 year of related <br />experience preferably for a municipality, or equivalent. Incumbent must be a United States citizen <br />with nofelony convictions in any state; possess the physical and psychological capabilities <br />necessary to function in a law enforcement capacity and communicate clearly, both verbally and in <br />writing; and successfully meet and maintain all requirements for state licensing and possess a valid <br />Minnesota driver’s license in any state contiguous to Minnesotaand be insurable. A Bachelor’s <br />Degree in Law Enforcement or Related Field is desirable. <br /> <br />Key characteristics are knowledge of government and police services, problem solving and <br />interpersonal relationship skills.
