ATTACHMENT C <br />1134 b. Access from bedrooms sleeping rooms. Bedroomssleeping rooms shall not <br />1135 constitute the only means of access to other bedroomssleeping roomsor <br />1136 habitable spaces and shall not serve as the only means of egressfrom other <br />1137 habitable spaces. <br />1138 Exception: Units that contain fewer than two bedrooms sleeping rooms. <br />1139 c. Water closet accessibility.Every bedroom sleeping room shall have access to at least <br />1140 one water closet and one lavatory without passing through another bedroom. Every <br />1141 bedroomsleeping roomina dwelling unit shall have access to at least one water <br />1142 closet and lavatory located in the same story as the bedroomsleepingroomoran <br />1143 adjacent story. <br />1144 d.Prohibited occupancy.Kitchens and nonhabitable spaces shall not be used forsleeping <br />1145 purposes. <br />1146 e. Other requirements.Bedrooms sleeping rooms shall comply with the applicable <br />1147 provisions of this code including, but not limited to, the light, ventilation, room <br />1148 area, ceiling height and room width requirements of this chapter; the plumbing <br />1149 facilities and water-heating facilities requirements of Section 906.07.; the heating <br />1150 facilities and electrical receptacle requirements of Section 906.08.; and the smoke <br />1151 detector and emergency escape requirements of Section 906.09. <br />1152 5. Overcrowding.
