• 4/13/20 - Snow season ended with 7" on tables and benches. Minor road slush minimal refreeze. Total measurement Roseville PW measurements: • 44.80" 532 ton of salt used. • 25,457 gallons of salt brine used. • 7,124 gallons of beet juice additive. • 4/15/20-5/21/20 Street Sweeping resumed, reswept all roads. • All staff use separate vehicles and social distancing practiced. • Asphalt plants opened. Throw and go patching started. • Settled winter water break patches removed and permanent patching started. • Plow damage turf repair started. • Mailbox repairs started. • All winter brine systems cleaned, plow truck wings removed. • Streetscape areas cleaned. • Some weeding started. • Trash pickup started. • Some irrigation repairs started. • Catch basin repairs started. o May • 5/1/20 Compost and wood chip deliveries started. • 5/18/20 - 5 seasonal employees started. All using separate vehicles and following Roseville's COVID-19 policy. • First Citywide mowing completed. • Ongoing 4 person street sweeping operation. • Ongoing 4 person asphalt crew operation. • Ongoing Compost site maintenance and deliveries. • Fence, Mailbox and turf repairs completed. • Repaired Street name signs. • Contractual Street Centerline painting completed. • Completed Streetscape irrigation repairs. • Trees and planting areas weeded and chips installed. o June • All Street messages painted. • Ongoing street milling and patching. • Contractual concrete repairs completed and City crew asphalt patching and seeding completed after them. • Daily one-man spray patching with truck mounted rental unit. • Ongoing picking up of FAB tree branches that fall or are hung up. • Completed second city-wide mowing. • Finishing up mulching of all streetscape areas. • Ongoing compost site turning and maintenance. • Ongoing catch basin repairs and patching. • The 2 Central Garage mechanics again did an exceptional job in keeping the City Fleet operational and working with the new implemented safety standards set with Covid 19. • Plow fleet was gone through before we put it to rest till October (4 months away). • Compost turner was in for annual repairs. • City broom issues were resolved with the longer spring sweeping. • Ongoing Public Safety Fleet issues have been resolved.
