Civic Master Plan Update
Mr. Culver provided a brief review and update on the Civic Master Plan listed in
the staff report dated July 28, 2020.

Member Huiett indicated she was a little disappointed because she did not see how
the plan impacted stakeholders and she was curious how intensively is the service
model studied. She understood completely all of the aspects about space utilization
and square footage but she has not seen the discussion around how the service
provided to people will change and improve in quality. She thought there needed
to be more conversation otherwise she cannot support this.

Mr. Culver understood and did indicate there will be more information in the final
report.

7.
