Inasmuch as tlley are both county roads, the matter was referred to the 'County Surveyors office. The plat on Fernwood Terrace was presented for approval. Mr. Jesse appeared requesting permission to divide some land he owns (264 ft. frontage) into lots of 66 ft. frontage rather than 75 ft. frontage. Membrez moved, Hammersten seconded, that Jœ. Jesse be permitted to make four lots with 66 ft. frontage and 300 ft. depth which will give each lot a total of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. located in the "East 300 Ft. of the South 264 Ft. of the North 659.97 Ft. of the West 1/2 of the NW l/4 of the S¥f 1/4 of Section 14, Town 29, Range 23W, , subject to Oy.ford street." Mr. Karon suggested that in the future the Zoning Board give its own opinion on rezonings as to good plæming and location regardless of whether there is opposition or not. Mr. Borden presented a petition requesting permission to erect a garage into an incline on his property (Lot 9, Block 1, Roseville Heights) closer than the reqvired 30 ft. set-back. Mr. Hite appeared concerning policies up for renewal in May. One was Burglary 1I1SUrmlCe covering stock at the liquor stores. The other was Fire Insurance covering the contents and fixtures at the stores. Mr. Hite suggested that the furniture æld fixtures be covered under a separate policy on a three year term. Connor moved, Hammersten seconded, that the fixtures and furniture at the liquor stores be insured separate from the merchandise in the amount of $2,000.00 in each store on a three year term. Roll call Ayes-(5) Nayes-(O). Hammersten moved, seconded by Connor, that the ~y Insurance policy and Fire Insurance in the amount of $10,000 coverage on the stock of liquor be written.
