<br />Page 3 <br /> <br />The clerk read an agreement covering the easement at Burke Avenue - Lots <br />21, 29, 31 and 32, all in Block 3, presented by Wallace Bentley of the <br />Bentley Construction Company <br /> <br />Karon suggested we should not get involved in the restrictions of the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Carley said that when the dirt is removed there is apt to be insufficient <br />dirt left to build the berms. <br /> <br />Membrez suggested the restrictions be met and Mr. Zibell be asked to then <br />sign a regular easement form. and then have the road put in. <br /> <br />Motion by Miembrez, seconded by Carlson, earley be given authority to stake <br />the road after Zibell has signed the regular easement form. <br /> <br />Mr. Seiberlich appeared before the council wi. th a diagram of a drain field <br />for the Midway Trailer Fark septic tank. <br /> <br />He stated that Mr. Johnson of the State Health Dept. claimed that the <br />construction of any of these fields depends on the terrain and the <br />circumstances you run into and corrections can be made as the work <br />progresses, and he will accept it after it has been built. Mr. Johnson <br />has approved the plan as to size and general idea. <br /> <br />1Ir. Seiberlich said he was under the direct supervision of the Health Dept. <br />He wants to start the work as soon as possible to take advantage of the <br />weather. <br /> <br />Inspector Haglund reports he had gone over the plans and had suggested <br />several changes which are being complied with. He had a verbal agreement <br />with Mr. Johnson of the Health Dept. <br /> <br />Carlson moved, 'Willmus seconded, that we accept the plans presented by <br />Mr. Seiberlich subject to the approval of the Health Dept. Roll call <br />Ayes-(,) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Mr. Deeb appeared before the Council regarding plumbing work within the <br />Village. He has been stopped by the Village from doing work as a <br />plumber as he does not have a Master Flumber's license. <br /> <br />He is and has been a resident of the Village and has been working here as <br />a plumber prior to the passing of the ordinance. He intends to take the <br />test for a Master Flumber in Februar,r 19,4. <br /> <br />Mr. Haglund said Mr. Deeb' s work is acceptable but the ordinance states a <br />State license is required. In the Flumbing Code Book, State of Minnesota, <br />State Law in 1931, that any Village with 5000 inhabitants or more must have <br />a Master Flumber License. <br /> <br />Mr. Deeb suggested getting affidavits from Master Plumbers to permit him <br />to work until he passes the test. <br /> <br />l" <br />be <br />172 be adopted.
