Roll call <br />.A¡yes...(4) Nayes-{O). <br /> <br />CleJkread application for transfer of licenses of Tony's Night Club <br />from Simon to Si~ond Bona. <br /> <br />Mr. Simon sold the business to Mr. Bona after operating for two months <br />because he was unable to keep up with the work as he also has a <br />sewing machine business and an upholstering business in Minneapolis. <br /> <br />Hammersten advised him it would be necessary to get legal advice from <br />our attorney before making a decision on the transfering of the <br />licenses in such a short period of time. It will also be necessary to <br />make the regular check on the character and ability of the new owner. <br /> <br />Clerk read a letter from Margolis applying for a license to sell <br />Christmas trees. <br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Connor, that license be issued to Margolis <br />to sell Christmas trees. Roll call Ayes..(4) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Clerk read letter from Emmet Williams, Supt. of Schools, in regard <br />to dedicating road to the Village.
