Attachment A <br />84 registration is suspended or revoked. Registration shall be made upon forms furnished by <br />85 the City for such purpose and shall specifically require the followingminimum <br />86 information: <br />87 1. Name, street address and phone number of the property owner. <br />88 2. The name, street address, and phone number, of any person authorized to make or <br />89 order repairs or services for the property, if in violation of City or State Codes, if <br />90 the person is different than the owner. <br />91 3. The street address of the rental property. <br />92 4. The type of units within the rental property (single family, twinhome, townhome, <br />93 condo, duplex, triplex or fourplex). <br />94 5. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit. <br />95 6. Certification and attestation that the maximum occupancy per unit is either 4 or <br />96 less unrelated adults or one familypursuant to Roseville City Codes 906.06 and <br />97 1001.10. <br />98 <br />99 907.04: EXPIRATION OF REGISTRATION: <br />100 <br />101 A. Term: All registrations issued under this Chapter are effective upon issuance andshall <br />102 expire one year (365 days) from date of issuance.All required renewal registration <br />103 application materials shall be received and submitted prior to theexpiration date. <br />104 B.Late fee: Any renewal registrations submitted 30 days after expiration will be considered late <br />105 and subject to fee penalties. <br />106 C. Violation: Any registration not renewed 60 days from expirationwill beconsidered in <br />107 violation of this ordination. Renters will not be allowed to occupy a propertyif the renewal <br />108 registration is not received within 60 days after expiration. <br />109 <br />110 907.05: FEES: <br />111 <br />112 A.There shall be a registrationfee and late renewal feeas established by the City Fee <br />113 Schedule in Section 314.05. All fees and fines shall be charged to and payable by the <br />114 property owner. <br />115 B.Residential Rental Properties in violation of this ordinance may be subject to <br />116 administrative fines,in addition to any other fees or penalties per Section 907.10or other <br />117 applicable sections of City Code. <br />118 <br />119 907.06: MANNER OF REGISTRATION: <br />120 <br />121 A.An owner who has an existing rental property as defined by this Chapter that is not <br />122 already registered must apply for registration pursuant to this Chapter no later than 60 <br />123 days following the effective date of this Chapter. <br />124 B.An owner of aproperty that after the effective date of this Chapter wishes to convert the <br />125 property into a rental property, shall apply for and register the property prior to its <br />126 conversion. <br />127 C.If there is a change in the type of occupancy from the type stated on the registration form, <br />128 a new registration form shall be filed within 30 days of the change. <br />3 <br /> <br />
