The Mayor and City Council will need to make that <br />39 determination). <br />40 <br />41 Once the local emergency is established and the duration specified, the City Council can consider <br />42 passing a resolution instituting a mandatory face covering requirement in Roseville. Staff and the <br />43 City Attorney has drafted a resolution for the City Council’s consideration. (Attachment C). As with <br />44 the otherdocuments, the current draft resolutiondoes not specify a date for how long the face <br />45 covering requirement shall be in place.
