75 1. The platting of an outlot shall be provided as a component of the final plat approval. Said outlot <br />76 shall cover the portion of the private roadway within Twin Lakes Station known as Hershel <br />77 Street from County Road C to the Dominium residential development and from that point east to <br />78 the easterly property line, as depicted on Attachment A. <br />79 2. A 10-foot wide utility and drainage easement shall be dedicated along the east, west, and south <br />80 sides of the proposed plat. <br />81 3. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant <br />82 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $431,120,to be paid prior to filing the <br />83 plat at Ramsey County. <br />84 S UGGESTED C ITY C OUNCIL A CTION <br />th <br />85 Adopt a Resolution approving the Preliminary Plat of Twin Lakes 4Addition, as outlined inthe <br />86 Resolution provided as Attachment C. <br />87 A LTERNATIVE A CTIONS <br />88 a. Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to the need for <br />89 clarity, analysis and/or information necessary to make a recommendation on the request. <br />90 b. Pass a motion recommending denial of the proposal.
