Attachment F <br /> <br />As for the car wash, we are VERY EXCITED for the car wash as many of us are re-thinking car <br />washes as actually being NEEDED and NESARRY for our planet. Some very important <br />“green” effects a state-of-the-art car washes have are: <br />Recycling Water: Many residents do not re-use water once they have washed their <br />car. <br />Keeping Water Safe and Clean: Many residents who hand wash cars many times let <br />soaps and harmful chemicals go down our drains. <br />Clean Cars Save Gas: A clean car saves 2 mpg! UPS knew this years ago. What we really need is to have all <br />residents switch to electric cars! But even then, it would save energy to regularly clean all <br />cars, both gas and electric. So, we see a car wash as a very important use here! <br /> <br />The car wash ties to your general comments on solar power and overall energy efficiency. <br />Each service provider will own and operate the own building.
