Attachment F
To: Bruce Carlson <bcarlson@launchproperties.com>
Subject: Development on County Rd C in Roseville

Hi Bruce,
Thanks for providing a chance for residents to give feedback on this proposed development. I'm
just wondering if you have considered the kinds of businesses that might be very important to the
residents who will be living in the 400 apartments just behind the site you are focused on. Many
may not have cars and so businesses they could walk to would be very helpful. What if there
could be a barber shop or a beauty shop? It is great to see 1 drive through restaurant in the plan.
Maybe a second fast food restaurant could be helpful? I don't know if these apartments will have
individual washers and dryers or not. If not, a laundry facility could be very helpful. A bank
certainly could be useful but not sure about a carwash?

I am also wondering about some of the environmental aspects of the project. Have you given
consideration to solar panels as one thought? Roseville is now pushing for efforts to improve
energy efficiency in commercial spaces. I am guessing there may be some programs that could
help with that. I would be willing to look into that. Everything that we can do to provide natural
areas and cut energy use will really be a boon long term to Roseville.

I do not live right in the neighborhood but a bit east along County Rd C. I am a resident who is
interested in seeing ways that we can improve areas for all residents and so just wanted to take
this time to send an email. I trust you will be able to give some thought to some of these
suggestons.

Sincerely,
Donna Peterson
