RCA Attachment G 1 (2) Fourteen-day (14) advanced notice shall be given to the City and all affected 2 residents prior to and work on County Road B or Eustis. 3 (3) Access for residents and emergency vehicles shall be maintained at all times 4 per the approved plans and requirements of Roseville Fire Department. 5 6 c) Utility trenches shall be restored by the Developer per City standard plate. 7 2. Watermain construction: The Developer shall construct all watermain determined by the 8 City to be necessary to serve the Property, including hydrants and individual lot services. 9 a) All watermain improvements and hydrants shall be constructed in accordance with 10 City details, specifications, and the Public Improvement Construction Plans. 11 b)Any impact to 12 c) Temporary water shall be installed for all residents who would be impacted by 13 watermain installation for over any 8-hour period. 14 d) Upon acceptance by the City Council, the watermain shall be owned and maintained 15 by the City. 16 e) All water services shall be private as defined by City Code. 17 3. Sanitary sewer construction: The Developer shall construct all sanitary sewer pipes 18 determined to be necessary by the City to serve the Property, including individual lot 19 services. 20 a) All sanitary sewers shall be constructed in accordance with City details, 21 specifications, and the City approved Public Improvement Construction Plans. 22 b) Upon acceptance by the City Council, the sanitary sewer main shall be owned and 23 maintained by the City. 24 c) All sanitary services shall be private as defined by City Code. 25 4. Pathway construction: The Developer shall construct an 8-foot bituminous pathway 26 along Eustis Street and County Road B for the length of the plat as shown on the 27 approved plans. 28 a) The pathway shall be constructed in accordance with City details, specifications, and 29 the City approved Public Improvement Construction Plans. 30 5. Erosion control: Prior to the commencement of any grading and before any utility 31 construction is commenced or building permits are issued, the erosion control plan must 32 be implemented, inspected and approved by the City. The Developer shall meet all 33 requirements of the CityÓs Erosion Control Ordinance including but not limited to the 34 following: 35 a) No construction activity shall be allowed and no building permits shall be issued 36 unless the Property is in full compliance with the erosion control requirements. 37 b) Measures shall be installed in compliance with MPCA NPDES permit requirements.
