RCA Attachment G <br />1 (2) Fourteen-day (14) advanced notice shall be given to the City and all affected <br />2 residents prior to and work on County Road B or Eustis. <br />3 (3) Access for residents and emergency vehicles shall be maintained at all times <br />4 per the approved plans and requirements of Roseville Fire Department. <br />5 <br />6 c) Utility trenches shall be restored by the Developer per City standard plate. <br />7 2. Watermain construction: The Developer shall construct all watermain determined by the <br />8 City to be necessary to serve the Property, including hydrants and individual lot services. <br />9 a) All watermain improvements and hydrants shall be constructed in accordance with <br />10 City details, specifications, and the Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />11 b)Any impact to <br />12 c) Temporary water shall be installed for all residents who would be impacted by <br />13 watermain installation for over any 8-hour period. <br />14 d) Upon acceptance by the City Council, the watermain shall be owned and maintained <br />15 by the City. <br />16 e) All water services shall be private as defined by City Code. <br />17 3. Sanitary sewer construction: The Developer shall construct all sanitary sewer pipes <br />18 determined to be necessary by the City to serve the Property, including individual lot <br />19 services. <br />20 a) All sanitary sewers shall be constructed in accordance with City details, <br />21 specifications, and the City approved Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />22 b) Upon acceptance by the City Council, the sanitary sewer main shall be owned and <br />23 maintained by the City. <br />24 c) All sanitary services shall be private as defined by City Code. <br />25 4. Pathway construction: The Developer shall construct an 8-foot bituminous pathway <br />26 along Eustis Street and County Road B for the length of the plat as shown on the <br />27 approved plans. <br />28 a) The pathway shall be constructed in accordance with City details, specifications, and <br />29 the City approved Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />30 5. Erosion control: Prior to the commencement of any grading and before any utility <br />31 construction is commenced or building permits are issued, the erosion control plan must <br />32 be implemented, inspected and approved by the City. The Developer shall meet all <br />33 requirements of the CityÓs Erosion Control Ordinance including but not limited to the <br />34 following: <br />35 a) No construction activity shall be allowed and no building permits shall be issued <br />36 unless the Property is in full compliance with the erosion control requirements. <br />37 b) Measures shall be installed in compliance with MPCA NPDES permit requirements. <br />Page 2 of 17 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 18 <br /> <br />
