Clarification consisted of several meetings and <br />50 additional analysisto ensure that the proposed system can meet the unique needs of the MN OVAL. <br />51 <br />52 Following additional analysis, the recommended final proposal includes two Value Adds to ensure <br />53 that the system is effective in an outdoor environment. <br />54 <br />55 Additional Posts: Additional posts will providegreater stability to the pads during adverse <br />56 weather conditions for a total of $3,643.31 <br />57 <br />58 Vinyl Shoes: The addition of white vinyl “shoes” for the pads will provide added durability <br />59 for the pads and help prevent ice melt from the sun for a total of $13,916.09 <br />60 <br />61 <br />62 The proposal total, including the base bid and value adds is $276,757.60.
