Commissioner Arneson seconds. <br />22 <br />23 Roll Call <br />24 Ayes: Arneson, Boulton, Brown, Dahlstrom,Hoag, Lenhart, Matts-Benson. <br />25 Nays: None. <br />26 Abstain: None. <br />27 <br />28 4)PARK DEDICATION REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION – 3080-3110 OLD HIGHWAY <br />29 8 <br />30 Staff provided an overview of the purpose, options and process for Park Dedication. Location maps <br />31 of the development located at 3080-3110 Old Highway 8 were reviewed by the Commission. The <br />32 development is located in ConstellationA of the Parks and Recreation System Master Plan. There <br />33 are no specific park plans identified in this area in the Master Plan. <br />34 <br />35 The proposal for 3080-3110 Old Highway 8includes 3 lots on 8.50 acres. The project qualifies for <br />36 Park Dedication. The development is residential with 239 total units. The cash amount would be <br />37 $4,250 per unit or $1,015,750. The land amount would be 10% of 8.5 acres or .85 acres. <br />38 <br />39 Staff noted that there has been general feedback aboutthe increase in useat Sandcastle Parkwith <br />40 some concerns about after hour use of the basketball court. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />
