She thought it was nice to be able <br /> to have a small decrease to add to the inflation and other things that increased. <br /> Mayor Roe, as EDA President,thanked her and deferred the credit to the EDA staff <br /> who made the recommendation to the EDA members. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Strahan, Etten, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Consider Adoption of the 2023 Utility Rates <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgen briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Re- <br /> quest for Council Action and related attachments dated December 5, 2022. <br /> Finance Director Michelle Pietrick was also at the meeting and made a presentation <br /> on the 2023 Utility Rates and was available to answer questions. <br /> Councilmember Strahan asked if the rates going out five years is guaranteed or is <br /> there a chance that St. Paul Water will come in with a higher rate moving forward. <br />
