<br />129 <br />130 P OLICY O BJECTIVE <br />131 Ensure compliance and consistency between the City’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan and the City’s <br />132 Zoning Code. <br />133 B UDGET I MPLICATIONS <br />134 On February 28, 2022 the City Council authorized a First Amendment to the professional services <br />135 agreement with HKGi providing an additional $15,000 to cover professional service costs related to <br />136 the second phase of Zoning Code amendments. Based on the funds that remained after the first phase <br />137 of amendments, the total cost to complete the second phase of amendments was approximately <br />138 $25,000. These funds were paid for from Community Development Fund balance. <br />139 R ACIAL E QUITY I MPACT S UMMARY <br />140 Impacts on racial equity were not considered in conjunction with the phase IIamendments to the <br />141 Zoning Code.
