33 E QUITY I MPACT SUMMARY <br />34 City Commissions provide direct input and an important connection to the City Council and staff. As a <br />35 result, the City’s Strategic Racial Equity Action Plan (SREAP) identifies commission diversity as a top <br />36 priority in order to ensure all voices are heard,especially those of BIPOC residents whose input has been <br />37 marginalized and simply not asked for in the past.
