The mandatory minimum penalty shall <br /> be a one-thousand-dollar($1,000.00) fine and a one (1) day suspension. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> j.
