O.Lt <br />I am having delivered to you by my legal assistant, Nancy <br />Whaylen, a photocopy of the Reciprocal Easement Agreement with <br />the parties developing the land adjoining Tanurb's in Roseville. <br />You will notice that the Agreement is with Weiss, and not American <br />Redevelcpers. At the time the Agreement was negotiated, we <br />were told Weiss would be purchasing the property to avoid lien <br />claims or judgments outstanding against American Redevelopers. <br />You indicated on Friday that we would be able to receive <br />a foundation permit once this document was delivered to you. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Thomas H.
