1 <br />' DIVISION 0 <br />CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br />00800 - SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS <br />construction, maintain and leave satisfactorily clean upon completion of <br />work. <br />Article 11 - Insurance: <br />A. Delete from General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, <br />Paragraph 11.1, CONTRACTOR'S LIABILITY INSURANCE, i.e., Subparagraphs <br />11.1.1 through 11.1.3 inclusive, and substitute the following: <br />11.1 INSURANCE SPECIFICATIONS - CONTRACTOR <br />11.1.1 The Contractor shall purchase and maintain such Insurance as set <br />forth below which will protect him, the Architect <br />and the Owner from <br />claims which may arise out of or result from Contractor's operations under <br />the Contract, whether such operations be by himself or by any of them, or <br />by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable. The above entities <br />shalt be named as additional Insureds on the Contrac'or's policies; <br />however, the Workmen's Compensation, Contractual Liability and Incidental <br />Malpractice Liability Insurance coverages required hereunder shall nave <br />only the Contractor as the insured party thereunder. The Insurance <br />required hereunder shall be in a form and with companies satisfactory M <br />the Owner. <br />11.1.1.1 <br />WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION AN e <br />D EMPLOYERS' LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />Workmen's Compensation Insurance as required by law together with <br />Employer's Liability Insurance in an amount not less than. one hundred <br />thousand) dollars ($100,000.00). <br />11,1.1.2 COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE INCLUDING CONTRACTORS <br />PROTECTIVE, COMPLETED OPERATIONS AND CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY IHSURAN*E <br />Limits shall be not less than $1,000,000 dollars any one occurrence for <br />Bodily Injury and $500,000/51,000,000 dollars for any one occurrence for <br />Property Damage. The policy shall include the following extensions of <br />coverage: <br />a. Property Damage Liability Insurance shall include coverage for <br />explosion, collapse and underground (XCU) hazards. <br />b. Personal Injury Coverage, including coverage for claims which may <br />arise out of or result from false arrest, detention or <br />imprisonment, m4licious arosecution liabel, slander, defamation or <br />violation of right of privacy, wrongful entry or eviction or other <br />invasion or right of private occupancy. <br />c. Unintentional Errors or Omissions - Failure of the insured to <br />disclose all hazards existing as of the inception date of the <br />policy shall not prejudice the insured with respect to the <br />5264 SECTION 00800 - 5 <br />I <br />
