DIVISION 1 <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />01710 - CLEANING UP <br />1. <br />GENERAL <br />A. <br />The Building ;hell Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, <br />equipment, and perform all work and <br />services necessaryfor cleani <br />required in conjunction with work performed, as shown on drawingsnandpas <br />specified, in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents and <br />completely coordinated with work of all <br />other trades. <br />B. <br />Although such work is not specifically indicated, furnish and install all <br />supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances <br />and devices incidental <br />to or necessary for a sound, secure and complete installation. <br />nstallation. <br />C. <br />Clean all items installed under this Contract. Leave free of stains, <br />damage, or other defects to <br />prior final acceptance, including but not <br />necessarily limited to washing, sweeping, polishing, or otherwise cleaning <br />of finished <br />all wall surfaces, floors, windows, hardware, mirrors, <br />lighting fixtures and items of equipment.
