'Welded wire fabric shall be lapped a minimum of 6" and shall be tied to <br />prevent fabric from being exposed at the concrete surface. Pull fabric in <br />slabs on the ground into the center of the slab when concrete is poured. <br />T. all splices not specifically indicated shall be subject to approval. <br />Unless otherwise noted on plans, bars shall be lapped 40 bar diameters at <br />all splices.
