That the drainage, utility and landscaping plans be approved by <br />staff. <br />3) That in lieu of constructing a sidewalk, the applicant shall <br />deposit with the City an amount equal to the estimated cost <br />of the sidewalk. <br />4) That the fence located on public right-of-way may remain until <br />the right-of-way is needed, and then shall be removed at the <br />owner's ex-oense. <br />5) That an additional four feet, six inches of right-of-way be <br />dedicated for County Road C. <br />The City Council will consider your application at its February 11 <br />meeting, which begins at 7:30 in the City Hall Council Chambers. <br />If you have any questions regarding your application, please call me. <br />Sirkcerely, <br />eve North <br />Assistant City Manager <br />
